A thoroughly professional, helpful, knowledgeable operator.

David yet again lead us through the turbulent experience of selling property. This being our second sale this year. The market was slumping and flooded with similar options yet he stayed focussed and helped us navigate the issues as they arose knocking them off one by one. His knowledge of the market and the networking that he undertook brought us to a great outcome. His negotiating skills during the closing of the contract were excellent, bringing both parties to a win win solution. He is much more than a vendor of houses, David is fully engaged with you, maintains constant friendly communications but brings a strong professional competency to the table when required. We were “out of town” vendors not present during the sales process. David on multiple occasions stepped in going the extra mile coordinating third parties to help with presenting the property to its maximum potential. Due to the failing market conditions we had resolved to withdraw the property from sale, to his credit David’s “never give up” attitude reeled in a buyer through sheer hard work and utilising his network. The result was a very happy vendor !
