Great communication and understanding.

Really happy with how everything was handled from start to finish. The team was super responsive whenever I reached out and always took the time to explain things properly, which made the whole process way less stressful. They clearly know the Christchurch rental market well and were upfront and honest throughout, even when it came to trickier conversations. Professional but still easy to talk to.
