We listed the property in March 2022 right at the time the market started sliding downwards. An added complication was a bond that was attached to the title by the Council, to which none of us knew where and how to go about getting this discharged Richie and Felicity have worked tirelessly and with determination through the year that the property was on the market and are now "experts" regarding bonds!! They successfully negotiated a settlement on our property and have very happy vendors. They are very personable and easy to work with. They will definitely look after your best interests when selling your property.
