Mark showed great market knowledge, communicated well and was very professional with us and buyers.

From the start Mark correctly identified the profile of potential buyers for our property. He prepared a great summary highlighting our properties strengths and potential. He arranged great photos which made our home look fantastic. He gave great advice and help on presenting our home to look as best as it could. He was very diligent in the administration stuff - listings, photos, contracts, liaising with solicitor, written reports on progress etc, From our first meeting, through listing and viewing right through to auction he communicated well, keeping us informed about all steps in the process and also letting us know about all the potential buyers. From my observation he also communicated well with the prospective buyers and seemed to show a keen intuition on what they were looking for and addressing their concerns, while always emphasising the positives about our property. His initial profile on the type of potential buyers we could expect proved to be very accurate. His hard work resulted in excellent viewing numbers over the viewing period. There were many positive comments from those viewing. Mark very professionally explained to us that many were potentially first home owners and might not be in a position to bid unconditionally. This proved to be accurate. As part of his excellent communication we had a pre-auction meeting where he gave his estimate of who might attend and who might bid and who might be waiting to make conditional offers if it did not sell. He was accurate in this so we did not go into the auction with unrealistic expectation on bidding numbers. In summary Mark was very competent and professional and importantly got a great result for us in a difficult market
