If selling real estate were an Olympic sport, Wesley would win Gold!

When we finally (after 2 years) made the commitment to put our property on the market Wesley was the only agent we wanted. Having had contact with him for a number of years prior and been disappointed by other agents it was not a difficult decision to make. I believe his extensive knowledge of the area we live and selling our type of property was key in getting a successful sale. I don't believe any other agent would have had the contacts and ability to get us the result he did. It felt like he worked 24/7 and was always at the end of the phone when we called, even late into the evening. Wesley was committed to keeping us updated with the work he was doing to get interest in the property and bring potentials buyers around for an inspection. Even our JRT did not put him off when it took a liking to Wesley's shoe (whilst still in his foot). Ours was never going to be an easy property to sell and he really earned every penny of his commission!
