Ray of sunshine in a stressful situation!

When we found out that our house south of Taupo had gone unconditional, we only had three weeks to find a house to move to in Tauranga, so I sent many emails to real estate agencies regarding their listings. Within half an hour Karen had emailed me back and then called me to help with areas that were good for us, and details (property files) of each property that we were interested in. The biggest help was that she even helped us with listings that belonged to other agencies! After a couple of conversations and many emails, we met with Karen who dedicated a day to driving us around several areas and many houses (not all her listings, so she had arranged to show us other agent's listings). I honestly don't think we would have found our new home without Karen's help. Even after purchasing the property Karen has been amazing to deal with to get measurements and recommendations for contractors. We highly recommend Karen. She is truly a one stop shop which made a stressful time so easy and smooth (and dare I say enjoyable!).
