Unpleasant Experience

We were the buyers of a property for which Jackie was the vendor’s agent. Unfortunately our end to end experience was very unpleasant. On two occasions we nearly walked away as buyers of the property and our whole experience with this agent made us lose the excitement for what should have been a great occasion buying our new home. We felt that our offers were not transparently put to the vendor, felt talked down to and at times felt the experience bordered on unethical. To top it off, the home was presented to us without a proper clean and with over 20 pieces of dog poo very visibly down the side of the property. Throughout the inspection we were outright ignored and she had forgotten one of our names. Our experience was also validated by our legal team who found her difficult and unpleasant to work with. Jackie also seemed to have no interest in the Bayleys brand that she was representing. I would not recommend her to any vendor if you want your buyers to stick around!
