We are very grateful to Nicky for all her hard work and support in selling our property in Snell's Beach. As first-time home sellers, and being based in Auckland, we had many questions about the local market, marketing approaches and the sales process generally. Nicky had great communication skills and knowledge of the area, and she guided us through the whole process so smoothly - even through a few unexpected hiccups! She was very attentive and willing to help with providing 'on the ground' access to tradespeople and valuers, which was a huge help for us.
