We were looking for a property to purchase in the South Island, after selling ours in the North Island. Georgia was great easy to deal with, answered any questions we had promptly, this making our transition from the North Island to the South Island stress free.

Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, excellent negotiator
I engaged Georgia to sell my land in the Marlborough Sounds. Before we went to market, Georgia made the long drive out to see and discuss our way forward in marketing and selling my property. I really appreciated the fact is was a full day of her time with no guarantee of securing the contract. As a vendor you always think your property is worth more than it is. Georgia was very in tune with the current market and the final sale price reflected her knowledge of the market. We went for a deadline sale followed by a market price and I believe Georgias experience enabled us to achieve our goal. I expected up to six months to sell, however we sold in six weeks. This far exceeded my expectations and the end result was a testament to Georgias negotiating skills and professionalism. Georgia kept me up to date through the whole marketing process both through weekly emailed marketing reports and through telephone communications. This was greatly appreciated. Geogia made the whole process of selling my property an enjoyable experience. It helps when you are able to be professional but also have a bit of a laugh. I would highly recommend Georgia to any future vendors looking to engage a Real Estate salesperson. Her knowledge, professionalism, communication, and great personality is a win win.
