Glenn came recommended to us by family and friends who had bought and sold through him and had a good experience on both sides. He gave us a really thorough market appraisal before we even started along with some recommendations on some remedial work we should complete prior to putting it on the market. He was able to help us source some tradies when we were stuck that were able to complete some of the work quickly and to high standards. We left our property empty and trusted him completely while we moved out of town to then sell it. As we ran out of time to sort out the staging, Glenn was also able to do this in our behalf. Glenn kept us informed after every open home or private viewing how it had gone and each week we received a detailed report. We were stoked when we had multiple offers at our deadline.
