Very supportive and great communication throughout

Glenn was very professional throughout our experience and through his market knowledge helped us eventually understand and agree on a more realistic market price which brought about the eventual sale of my father's home. Glenn's communication style made it very easy for us to work with him as he was very patient and not only gave very helpful advice but made you feel that you were listened to. An example of this was when we set the original price at the maximum of the suggested market value. Even though I feel, Glenn knew with today's market it would be hard to sell at that price he listened to our reasoning, supported our choice and persevered until we realized for ourselves that our original asking price wasn't realistic. Even though this was an Estate Sale through the Public Trust Glenn always kept us informed, following up after every Open Home and when offers were made. Glenn also worked very hard at helping us achieve the price we hoped for and when the successful offer was made used his extensive knowledge and experience to successfully negotiate with the buyer to drop the price only a little to meet their lending agency's expectations. Overall, I am very thankful to Glenn for his hard work and dedication to us as his client in making the selling of my late father's house a less stressful experience. We would definitely recommend Glenn as a very professional, honest, and trustworthy Real-estate Agent.
