Successful sale of Sounds property

My beach house in the Marlborough Sounds was recently sold by the Will Porter team at Bayleys, Blenheim. This was a difficult time to market the property, given the shocking condition of the roads and hence the hesitation of potential purchasers to make a commitment. Will was tireless in driving people out there, even twice for a couple of interested clients, on terribly damaged roads which inevitably brought disappointing results, even though most loved the property itself. Will remained positive and encouraging throughout. I received regular feedback on these visits. At all times Will and Bailey showed attention to detail, patience and professionalism.
