Very positive and professional experience
We have had quite a bit of involvement with Tagan Fox over the past few months regarding finding new tenants and a number of maintenance issues. Tagan has been very professional in her dealings with us and has been very proactive and timely in her communications with us. She has also been very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with maintenance matters and finding cost effective solutions. She is also a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with

The only thing that I wanted to say is THANK YOU BAYLEYS MARLBOROUGH for giving us the opportunity to have a rental home of our own. Tagan was patient with me even though I came late to the viewing of this house. But I thank her for allowing me to view the house and of course gave it to us. Everything was done professionally, we having to communicate a lot via email and phone calls. She explained everything well and clear. Thank you, Tagan, :)
