Lorraine Willetts has been our property manager of choice on three different occasions now in 2 different properties. She took time to get to know us and understand our needs regarding tenants and communicated really well in introducing any prospective tenants so we were able to make the best choice for our property. renting 10b Francis street

Haven't rented in a long time and was surprised what needed to be answered to be able to rent, having to tender for a property. the check list on the property was 96 pages long which i would have liked to have known was so big before i printed it all out. From what my husband said it wasn't up to date so good thing we did check it. Once decision was made we went to pick up keys that we were told were ready for us, but they couldn't be found, they were found after about 10 mins of looking, found beside the computer they were sitting at. Communication breakdown maybe. Bond was 4 weeks in advance, 2 weeks rent in advance and one week for pet bond. Bond was sent, but not the pet bond, unsure why and we have questioned that. Happy with the house, there was only 2 suitable at the time and the other one which would have been a better fit due to the amount of furniture etc we have but wasn't available as they didn't want pets. The landlords are lovely, and great to deal with.
