Chris was great to deal with in our recent house purchase. We found him easy to communicate with, very efficient and quick in his responses. He had great knowledge and understanding of the market in the area and worked hard to come to a settlement to suit both parties. Even when a few things cropped up unexpectedly he was professional and attentive and did all in his power to keep all parties happy and finalise the purchase which we appreciate greatly.
