Excellent Confident Local Knowledge
Natalie was referred to us by friends who had recently sold, with her. We were always impressed with Natalie's Presentation, always sharp, professional and immaculate.. The Open Homes and feedback reports delivered on time. One important factor as a Vendor is our calls were always answered no delay when calling Natalie she was always available for us, early morning or later in the day. I'd always love how she'd always be revitalized after the Open Home, would send a text to confirm how many groups had visited, it was something as a Vendor you like to receive feedback sooner rather that later. During the sale process we encountered a lost Property Lease with LINZ. Natalie was amazing to reassure us and support us through to a very successful result. Her skill was magical to know what to do, how to negotiate this encounter and handled like she was the Branch Manager because a lost Property Instrument is complex and we certainly didn't have any answers especially when an offer during this process requires negotiation. We will always be grateful for Natalies knowlege, skill, professionalism and passion as an Agent, she stayed through the good and handled the bumpy bit like a seasoned pro. She was feisty.
