We chose Sam as the agent to sell our home after having been to a few of the Open Homes she held while we were house hunting. What stood out at this stage was her level of engagement, and knowledge of the houses as she spoke about their features, and how that would fit what we were looking for. Despite not purchasing at this stage, Sam continued to engage with us to see how we were tracking. When it came to selling she gave us clear honest feedback on pricing, that was well researched, experience and evidence based.
