Great bloke, even better real estate agent. Responsive, knowledgable, patient!

Raj helped us to sell our house under time pressure when we needed to leave, and managed to find a great buyer in an otherwise tough buyers market. He was responsive, to the point where I felt bad messaging him at all hours of the day, and never complained once! Super knowledgeable about the Christchurch market with great connections, giving helpful contacts for tradies to do some minor touch ups on the house ahead of the sale.
