Very much on top of the Real Estate Business

We met Megan at two other open homes. The latter already had a prospective buyer. Megan asked what we were looking for and price range. Megan made contact and advised us a property was being listed and could organise a private viewing. We accepted and Megan being the professional that she is, escorted us through the property. We were selling our property and had a conditional offer. This property was a deadline sale and Megan kept in touch after advising her we were very interested in trying to purchase this property. We liased between our Agent and lawyers and managed two day prior to the deadline date that we could go unconditional. Megan helped with organising another viewing for a builder to inspect the property a day before the deadline sale ended. So grateful for the extra mile Megan did for us. The report was great, that afternoon we rang Megan to advise we would like to make an offer. Our best offer was entered and then submitted on the deadline day which closed at 3:00pm. The phone call came through at 3:10pm with Megan advising us with a very excited voice to say our offer was accepted. We were so happy and grateful that Megan was there at the start and finish of the process!! Well done Megan 👍👍
