As a buyer Lucy has been A1

Went looking for a slightly different sort of property to call home. Found a home that happened to be a church. Fell for it. Lucy was just the right balance of helpful without cramping you as you looked around. Lucy's been great at introducing the area to us and helping the sale proceed smoothly. No hesitation in recommending to anyone.

A very positive experience

What a pleasure it was to have Lucy in the driving seat when I listed my church with her. Even though we were heading into a potentially quiet period over Christmas, with lawyers on holiday and potential buyers in rushed Christmas mode or very relaxed holiday mode, Lucy was 100% focussed, with positivity and a “will do” attitude - smiling all the while. Nothing was too much trouble and it was full steam ahead, resulting in a hugely positive experience for me and a quick sale. Lucy made sure I had feed back at every step of the journey. I know I could not have found a more positive and proactive agent to sell my home and Lucy’s integrity is beyond reproach. What more can you ask for in an agent selling your most valued possession. In summary, it was a smooth and positive experience for me and I am sure it would have been the same for the purchasers.
