Accommodating and easy to deal with

Looking back on the process now we would not do the auction process and would have preferred to go down the track of "offers" as speaking to other buyers not everyone has the confidence to do the auction process and we feel we missed out on opportunities from potential buyers. But the situation we were in we did have a deadline to work to with the purchase of our other property that we had signed up for so didn't leave us with many options and understand that is why Glenn had us do what we did.
