Marketing Whizz with Style and Down to Earth Approach

I spent my first pay packet in Anita’s very successful and iconic clothing shop in Balclutha many years ago where I first learned how good she was at getting a buck out of me! Years later, Anita and I reconnected in Dunedin where I worked with her on ID Fashion and then as her PA for a brief period assisting her in her role as real estate agent at Bayley’s Metro. Walter and I chose Anita as the agent to sell our house as we understood Anita’s strengths well. We knew her excellent marketing skills and style would be important in our campaign. We also related to her very straight-forward, down-to-earth manner. Our sales process was a lot of fun. I thought I knew Anita pretty well, however this was a process I had not gone through with her before and I learned she is also a great listener and bent over backwards to make sure she accommodated us and our wishes in every way she possibly could to make the sales process as smooth and as painless as possible. Walter and I would not hesitate in highly recommending Anita to sell your house. The level of enthusiasm she brought to the table was infectious and her incredible work ethic was appreciated resulting in a high end property being sold in record time. Thanks a million Anita.
