I knew Sharon would be knowledgeable, professional and sympahetic to my needs.

My late husband and I had been in touch with Sharon over several years seeking an appraisal of our house when we thought we might move. When I decided to move I contacted Sharon and from that moment on she was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about how the sale should proceed. Everything was explained and timelines drawn up. Advertising was taken care of and photographs taken. Open homes attracted many people and in between Sharon was available to show people around the house, having first contacted me to check it was ok to do so. The house went to auction which wasn't a success but Sharon was reassuring that the interest was there and a week later the house sold - not for the amount I had hoped for - but a price I could accept in order to sell the house and move on. I felt having Sharon helping me was all important at a difficult time and she was always available to talk to and at the same time very professional. Thank you Sharon.
