They used their knowledge of Diamond Harbour to provide helpful information to potential buyers at the Open Homes and they matched the needs of these buyers to the features of our home that would be most likely to encourage them to buy it. Their professionalism is outstanding in particular in relation to the care they took whilst we were overseas during the open homes. They also used their staging contacts to ensure the house was presented in the best possible light to assist buyers. They took us on the Auction route which was new to us and we don't regret selling it in this manner. Lynette is very pleasant and easy to deal with face to face and on the phone and Peter offers very useful practical advice in an understated manner. Nothing is too much trouble for them!
