A blistering performance!
Buying and selling off-market has a unique set of challenges, multiply that with effectively doing a house-swop with another Devonport house, on a tight deadline, with every single party involved travelling abroad during that timeframe, and you'll grasp the difficulty of our recent sale and purchase. Linda and Jacquie worked their socks off to get this deal over the line, from a chance conversation to a high-speed move on a joint opportunity. Their professionalism and negotiation skills through some tricky discussions, combined with practical, 'can do' approach, and a database which is probably unrivalled were impressive. Both bring tremendous energy, drive and attention to detail to the whole process. Linda ended up working through the night from New York and Italy, repeatedly during her holiday, to get the simultaneous sale through, with buyer and seller also in different time zones.
