When deciding to sell our home we interviewed potential Agents looking for a person we could trust, who understood the market and understood the potential buyers for a home such as ours. Ian impressed us with his knowledge of the area, understanding of the home and garden we were selling. He assisted with sourcing trades people to do the small things that needed attention around the home and garden. His communication was fabulous. He was patient with the market and with our expectations. He was endlessly positive. He found the right people to purchase our home and worked with them and us to accommodate settlement dates, and all the other little things required in the last flurry of a sale.
