We first met Pierre when he was the buyer's agent for the people purchasing our house. We were so impressed with him that we asked him to help us find our next home, and we're incredibly glad we did. Our first experience involved a particularly difficult selling agent who made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be. Pierre handled everything calmly and professionally, dealing directly with the agent, arranging access to the property, keeping us informed, and preparing us for auction day. Although we didn't end up buying that house, his support throughout the process was outstanding. The following week, Pierre showed us another property, and that's the home we eventually purchased. From start to finish, Pierre was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, approachable, always available when we needed him, and he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He handled all communication with the selling agents, provided valuable information we wouldn't have been able to access ourselves, explained what to expect throughout the buying process, and confidently bid on our behalf at auction. Before working with Pierre, we honestly weren't sure why anyone would use a buyer's agent. Now, we wouldn't buy another house without one. We can't recommend Pierre highly enough.
