Totally professional, knowledgeable but above all very friendly and helpful

Hi, I had seen the property I have just purchased on trademe, as I live in Auckland I couldn’t get down to the open homes, as I was working on the weekends, I messaged Ella to see if I could get a private viewing on the Monday that I was coming down to CHCH, without hesitation Ella messaged me and arranged a time for that day, we arrived at the property just after Ella. Straight away after meeting her I was totally relaxed and was looking forward to seeing the property. Ella was very professional and knowledgeable about everything regarding the property, the surrounding areas and all of the well known schools, cafes etc. Ella also helped me with Power Companies, Insurance Companies etc as I was still living in Auckland at the time of purchase.
