A very stressful time selling our property . We thought it would sell sooner.

Jan did a great job selling our unique property. I selected Jan from the 3 real estate candidates because she came across as the most genuine in her assessment of our place and its potential. She is always bright and breezy . At times we wondered if we would find the right people to buy our property as the market was very slow . We found it a real roller coaster ride at times but Jan stuck to her guns even if we lost focus. I know it’s a job and you have to sell to make money but I never felt pressure from her to just get rid . At the end of the day things fell into place and she found the right client who saw the beauty in our place .
