I’ve toured hundreds of properties in my time, and as a motivated offshore Kiwi buyer, I can say Hannah made this the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. We closed our apartment in record time because she handled every detail with efficiency and precision. She hosted my daughter like a pro, was completely transparent about the “yeah/nah” factors (from potential build-outs next door to the one seal replacement that would inevitably pop up in an otherwise spotless building report), and nailed the paperwork — saving me legal time as my lawyer completed DD.
