•We first met Donna when she was walking around our area, touting for business. We were impressed with her performance and told her, at that time, that when we reached a point where we planned to sell, we would certainly use her. When we decided to list, Donna was our first (and only) choice. Right from the start of the process, we were impressed with her clear sense of the sale we were trying to achieve. Her marketing efforts including the advice we got from her on how to present our house, the need to show the place with lights on and the beautiful photographs she had taken in order to present the house for sale were all outstanding. Her dedication to attending to open homes and getting people in the door were appreciated. The signage in front of our house clearly made an impression on the general public and we got quite a number of comments from interested parties who saw the sign. When the sale was closed, Donna was very professional in the way in which she presented the options and let us know what we were in for. The only glitch arose when we sought to delay the payment of our preliminary marketing costs. A word of advice to future buyers is to pay the marketing fee up-front. Otherwise sellers will end up paying to some Australian firm who "want to know how many teeth you have". The only other comment I have is that while some people think you need to take your shoes off at the door - that behaviour can be detrimental to the carpet. I explained this to Donna, but she still chose to take her shoes off. Overall, our sales experience with Donna was a real pleasure. Something we hope not to repeat, but if we to do so we would choose to use Donna again. We would highly recommend Donna (and Rob) to any prospective sellers or buyers when negotiating a house sale or purchase. You simply cannot go wrong with these very nice, very professional people.
