I just bought my very first house, and honestly, the whole experience was fantastic, thanks to my agent, Baldev. Being a first-timer, I was pretty nervous, but Baldev was super patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. He was on top of things all the time always quick to call or text me back. He really knows the market well and did an awesome job negotiating for me.
