Excellent performance and communication at every stage of the selling process.

Sylvia showed a high commitment to selling our house and getting the best price in the optimum time. From the initial evaluation and promotion of the property through to the final step of going unconditional she went out of her way to find prospective purchasers and show them the property. We were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. When an offer had been made by a purchaser Sylvia showed an extended knowledge of the process to be followed. When some snags emerged she worked hard to find the reasons and take take steps to overcome them for us. We were very happy with Sylvia's handling our sale and we find it hard to believe that there is anyone who could have done it better considering the state of the market and our wish to have a rapid sale.
