Professional, kind and excellent at maintaining clear boundaries

We have had a very positive experience with Line as the property manager for our rental property. We live in the house behind the rental, which could easily create confusion, as tenants may naturally try to approach us directly whenever something comes up. Line has managed this situation extremely well by setting clear and respectful boundaries from the beginning, while still making sure the tenants feel supported and heard.
