Selling 69 Appleby Road

Christine was able to offer support and guidance through the difficult process of putting our parents home on the market. She was patient as we struggled to clear the property and offered valuable advice on the way forward. Unfortunately the Council placed the property into a flood zone and this made it tricky to find a buyer. Her enthusiasm and support for every open home and dealings with each vendor was appreciated.

Selling 69 Appleby Road

Councils decision to re zone the area made it difficult to assess the market. A change in the plan which put this property into a flood area made it less desirable. Melissa was professional especially as she was trying to please two sellers with different ideas. Communication was good.

Hard working
