We were impressed with Emily from the outset, she has great communication skills and demonstrated a clear depth of local market knowledge readily to hand in our first meeting. From there, Emily marketed our property superbly and her suggestions helped us to present our property as well as we could. While the selling experience was a little rough at times due to the market in general (no reflection on Emily), we were always kept informed during the campaign, and Emily's constant positivity was really appreciated. Emily was always accommodating with her time and super quick to get back to us if we had any questions or needed an update on anything at all. We were getting pretty close to withdrawing from the market due to our own time constraints, but her suggestions of a final marketing tweak and a random open home managed to seal the deal for us!
