▶During our sale and purchasing process Selena was moving and preparing her family home for listing but had we not spoken about that we would never have known as we always seemed to come first when Selena was around. Very positive and friendly attitude and always keen to share her experience and knowledge. Was also very empathetic in our buying process. When we requested appointments for viewing of properties listed by opposition agents Selena didn't shy away from organizing for us. Never pushed one of her listings or a B&T listing in place of what we had requested appointments to view. This consideration of what we requested is a highly treasured trait. Can't emphasize the positive experience enough.
Started with brilliant marketing material highlighting the key strengths of our property which we believe was critical in leading to a quick sale. One of the most important factors in our dealing with Jayne was her sticking to her word so we were fully able to rely and on and hence trust her. Also good at timekeeping which for a busy agent on the Auckland roads is no mean feat. Key personality trait that suited us well is Jayne being assertive but not aggressive and very straight down the line when guiding us through the sale process which was only our second experience of this in the NZ market. Much appreciated all the help and guidance in the daunting process that has huge financial impacts by nature. What could potentially have been way more stressful and full of pitfalls was well handled on our behalf with a very cheerful approach to the process. Would recommend Jayne to anyone venturing into selling and/or buying - not only due to the quick positive outcome we have had but also due to the freely shared knowledge, experience and advice along the way.
