We have never sold a house and the thought of selling our family home after 25 years filled us with fear and anxiety. A chance meeting at an open and we were immediately impressed with Qiao and Leo's knoweldge and professionalism and despite having many many contacts in the real estate world we felt an immediate comfort and bond with them both. Right from the get go they listened and understood what we were about and what we as a family wanted to achieve. They guided us rather than instructed us and the initial marketing video and photos was actually an enjoyable experience! From that point Leo took the lead with campaign however Qiao was always available to answer questions and support us. Leo was incredible and despite the emotions and stress of a campaign, action and various offers he never fails to respond to our many many questions. Leo treats his clients like family friends and we will not forget that. He goes out of his way to assist us and is honest and open throughout. To the point that he has throughout - and continues to - take the time and effort to help us scope out our next home - always available, patiant and open.
