Please remember: if you are in doubt, it is most probably a scam.
Protect yourself by keeping our official processes in mind:
- No Upfront Payments: A full, branded tenancy agreement will always be finalized before any funds are requested after you have viewed the property in person.
- Official Agreements: We do not use generic tenancy agreements from the Tenancy Services website. Barfoot & Thompson will always supply a branded company tenancy agreement sent directly from an official company email address.
- Staff Verification: All in-person viewings will be conducted by a staff member wearing official identification and driving a sign-written vehicle.
