Having Matt in our corner made all the difference
As first-home buyers, having Matt as our buyer's agent gave us confidence throughout what can be a very overwhelming process. Friendly but professional
as I have said very professional seemed to know the market. I was in Dunedin while the house was on the market, yet I was informed every time there was an open home how many through the house and any useful comments made, also any time i wanted to speak with Sherie was available & helpful. the house was sold at auction. Even after the sale Sherie sent through some useful information and has kept in touch. I cant thank her & Grant enough for the help and kind response due to delays on my side at a very difficult time in my life.
