James did very well with a protracted and difficult negotiation.

James was polite, professional and followed up each step in the transaction well. He showed great patience with the potential and then definitive buyer. He had a good appreciation of the type of house we were selling and hence was able to guide and reassure the buyer . He also went out of his way to accompany building inspectors etc so that we were not inconvenienced.
