Calm and cool

We really enjoyed dealing with Paul (as a purchaser of one of his listings). From the outset Paul was friendly, open and honest. As things progressed through negotiations he was responsive and gave pragmatic advice. We genuinely felt he was working in the best interests of both us and the vendors to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome - and we did. There was a long settlement on the property but Paul maintained great communication throughout. Paul's certainly a very impressive agent but seems a really decent bloke too. We'd recommend Paul and would have no hesitation working with him again in the future.
