Jill has supported us every step of the way. Right from the start when we were considering selling, Jill made helpful suggestions about the property and ways to start the decluttering process. Jill provided us with contacts for various trades people and even offered to contact them for us. As renovations took place Jill would pop by and was always positive about the progress made, giving us confidence that we were making the right decisions and that we would make the deadline for sale that we had set up together. Throughout the process Jill remained positive that we would sell our beautiful home despite the downturn in the market. She ably led us through the minefield of paper work and her communication has been exemplary. Jill was very aware of the emotional side of selling a much loved property and was a good listener providing sound advice and the benefits of her extensive experience.
