Like a great cheese, good things take time. Well worth the wait!
About four years ago, Girish walked off the street and asked me if I wanted to sell my house. I said "Yes, but not now". He asked if he could stay in touch. I said "Yes". And he did. Long story short, we eventually sold my house together. I admired his respectful persistence over a number of years, never in my face, just always there in case I was ready to move. And when I was, and after doing due diligence in sounding out several other agents as well, he still pitched a very sound and competent sales approach. As good as the others were, Girish was better. I felt confident. I appreciated his direction (and that of his partner Amit Kumar) in preparing the house for sale, was impressed, indeed surprised, when he talked us through the sale strategy before the auction, and was grateful for his assurance that the numbers we had in mind were achievable. And on the day - well, the result speaks for itself: we sold for just a few K less than the top number in his price estimation range made back in February when the selling market was better. A range well beyond every other agent we approached. We had delays and obstacles to overcome before finally going to market, but through it all Girish maintained his smooth but quiet professionalism and delivered a rock solid sales performance. I don't know what he said to clients, but they came to the auction and we sold well, very well. I could not be more pleased. If you get a chance to work with him, don't hesitate.
