•First of all, we genuinely appreciate their efforts in closing the deal, even though the final sale price ended up being much lower than we had hoped for. While they met the basic expectations and ticked the usual boxes, we didn’t get the sense that they were pushing hard to maximise the sale value. Communication throughout the process was also a challenge. While they did stay in touch, the updates we received rarely provided any useful information. Instead, most of the communication seemed focused on gradually lowering our expectations, rather than offering strategies or insights to help achieve a better outcome. What was also disappointing was their unwillingness to be flexible on the commission, especially considering the final sale price. It came across as dismissive when we received only a quick email from their manager, with no real opportunity for discussion. Overall, while we acknowledge the work that went into completing the sale, the experience left us feeling a bit let down. We had hoped for a more proactive, transparent, and results-driven approach, and we hope this feedback is taken constructively for future improvements.
