Gihan has excellent market knowledge, is extremely talented, and has a work ethic second to none.

We are very happy with Gihan's performance. He has gone well above and beyond the norm in his efforts and actions to get our house sold. He took on additional responsibilities and made additional private viewings and always ran open homes rain or shine even in the Christmas holidays period. He has sacrificed a lot of his personal time in order to get the property sold. He never gave up on us and delivered on his promise to get the property sold at a good price, despite the Auckland council putting us at a big disadvantage due to largely devaluing the Capital Value of the property. We were very depressed after this devaluation by the council but Gihan never gave up on us. He encouraged us and promised that he would get us a good price. He has delivered on his promise and we are very happy with the price that he has achieved for us. I recommend Gihan as an excellent agent who delivers on what he promises. You can trust him and rely on him to get the job done. He has taken a lot of stress off of our shoulders. In addition he is very talented at his job and very skillful at it. I recommend him above anyone else. If in future I need to buy or sell a property I will only give the job to Gihan.
