A Powerhouse Team

Recommended to me by a local, I found Elizabeth and Hamid the epitome of professionalism. Business-like, warm and friendly. They arrived for the first meeting with a well prepared booklet. Elizabeth left no stone unturned with her explanations. Hamid supported by checking out some house questions. Since then, Elizabeth regularly communicated and led me through the process step by step. Staging was a breeze. On her suggestion, I made a purchase at an op shop and Elizabeth supplemented with her belongings. Legal paperwork was not a problem, including extra forms due to me selling on behalf of a friend. Eighteen days on the market, three weekends of open homes and an auction sale on the nineteenth day. Hamid lent a hand throughout the whole process. They are a great team. Their immense effort left me feeling happy that the house sold and incredulous that they could do so much in a short time.
