Found our dream home, thanks to Stella

My wife, toddler and I had a very very specific vision of what we wanted in our new home and Stella spent countless days driving us all around Flat Bush, showing us everything from older homes to brand-new builds and even properties still under construction. She was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed, despite how many houses we looked at along the way. What really impressed us was her understanding of what we were looking for and the strong relationships she has built with local developers. Thanks to those connections, she was able to find us a home that wasn't even on the market yet. To this day, I honestly believe no other agent would have found the perfect house for us the way Stella did. Because the house was still being built, Stella also helped us work with the developer to choose flooring colours and make a few small changes before completion. She even joined us for the final inspection, helping us identify cosmetic defects and items that needed attention before settlement. Her support didn't stop there either. After settlement, she helped us find someone to make our blinds and curtains, which made moving in that much easier. This was a stressful journey for us but Stella made the whole journey enjoyable. Looking back, my family and I have absolutely no regrets choosing Stella. In fact, we're pretty sure she knows Flat Bush better than our GPS does!
