This team is always work very fast for rental houses service. They have good knowledge and negotiation skills. They are very professional and reliable. They have managed almost all my rental properties for many years. I have used a few other property management companies, but their service is not very good. Lived in my property for 2 years, had 0 issues with my Property Manager - Jayden Nguyen. He was awesome to work with, I was always able to reach him with no issues & he always got things sorted quickly when I needed things fixed. Communication skills was perfect, always answered calls and texted back. Very grateful to have had a friendly, supportive and respectful Property Manager. During my move out process, new Property Manager Max Cameron was also attentive and helpful with my move out process. Very grateful to have had easy going Property Managers. Both thankful and grateful to Barfoot & Thompson Onehunga. Highly Recommended.
