Excellent client care, really friendly, and very help and always available

Very patiently answered my numerous queries as this was my first house purchase. VK went above and beyond what normal agents would do. Made the whole process much more seamless which made the process much easier. Especially given my work commitments I often do not have the time to constantly monitor what is going on. However VK managed that for me without needing to constantly contact me.
